Admission Policy

Admission

The admission seeker is to

Apply for admission only on the prescribed form available at the reception counter

Submit the following required documents:

Birth certificate issued by the competent authority

Transfer certificate /school leaving certificate countersigned by the competent authority

Progress report of the previous academic year

Character certificate

Fitness medical certificate

Aadhar card (child and parents)

Passport photos (child and parents)

Note:The principal reserves the right to refuse admission to any admission seeker without assigning any reason.

Removal & Withdrawal

The principal reserves the right to cancel the admission of the student whose performance and progress in studies is unsatisfactory and whose conduct is harmful to the interest and prestige of the Institution.

Any student caught using unfair means during an examination will not be retained on the school rolls.

In case a student stops attending school without any prior information to the school authorities, her/his name will be struck off from the school rolls after six consecutive days.

Parents are required to give prior advance written notice to the principal for the withdrawal of their children. The transfer certificate is issued only after the school's dues are fully paid up for the complete academic session.

PAYMENT OF THE SCHOOL FEE

The school fee is to be deposited by 10 of each month positively.

If 10th of the month happens to be a holiday, the payment will be accepted on the next working day without fine.

If the school fee is not paid by 10th of the month, a fine of Rs. 5 per day shall be charged for late payment of fee by 15th of the month & thereafter Rs. 10 per day.

If dues are not paid by 20th of the month, the student’s name will be removed from the rolls without any prior information.

If the students seeks readmission, he/she will have to pay the arrears of the fee and allied charges along with the readmission fee i.e. Rs 1000/-

The fee for the month of May and June is to be deposited in May and the fee for February and March is to be deposited in February.

Note:

In order to avoid inconvenience please deposit the fee before the due date.

Do not forget to collect the fee receipt from the office.

Last date of clearing all dues is 10th February.

NO SEPARATE REMINDER WILL BE SENT.

If the fee is paid by cheque, the cheque should be drawn in favour of Vivekanand Public School.

Pupils may not be allowed to sit in any of the examinations unless all dues of the school are paid.

Withdrawal and Refund

In case of withdrawal of a student from the school, an application for the same must be submitted in the school office before 31st March of the session failing which the fee of April will be charged.

All dues must be cleared and books and other school property items must be returned before the child is withdrawn and the transfer certificate is obtained.

The school reserves the right to strike off the student's name from the school rolls on the following grounds:

Gross misconduct/ Indiscipline

Unsatisfactory academic progress

Repeated detention in the class

Admission fee is not refundable in any case.
